AnimePaper's VectaDesu Contest #10: Anime Kermesse
Bakuman: Perfect Crime Party [featuring 2011 Pantone's Color of the Year!]
OK, to be honest, this is the first time that I've EVER done a VERY EXTREME vector art. LOL. Due to the restrictions that VectaDesu has when vectoring, I'd say that it was really a challenge for me because everything has to be pure vector----no brushes/airbrushes/ETC. But it was really fun doing it at the same time. XD It's first time also participating in a VectaDesu contest since I'm new there. ^^v
When I first saw the rules for the contest, I was hesitating if I'm going to enter or not----'cause one of the rules is that the Anime character that we're going to vector must be from a 2010 Anime. Not just any 2010 Anime----the series must be first released during the year 2010.
After learning that one of my favorite Anime's in it, I decided to join. XD While I was searching for the scan that I'll vector, I already knew what scan that I would use for the contest. It just so happens to be that my character wears & features the color of the year that Pantone has announced a few days/weeks before New Year----Honeysuckle. Yes. I know. When you hear Honeysuckle, mostly, the color yellow would come into your mind. But IDK why this time, Honeysuckle's in the family of Pink. LOL. XDDDD

Simply wonderful! Honeysuckle is such a ... pink.... color! This vector is both crisp and smooth at the same time, which is not a current combination. And you seem to have experimented a lot with this one, and the results are really, really good. Thanks for sharing Honeysuckle and Bakuman love, and I wish you the best of luck for VectaDesu!
