asian window thingy from Clker.com
For this wallpaper I used a paper texture for the BG made it a tan color and made the window from the clip art added a circle border around the window the clouds in the sky are a fog brush in my PSP8 program & the sky is just plain old blue. The sakura/cherry blossoms were made by me from a stamp in my PSP8 program layered everything together and did a bit of a shadow on the flowers and characters and a shadow-ish border, Hope you all like!
