Finally you submitted it..... I set it as my wallpaper.

Dedicated for the Christmas!
Scan use from here:
Around 40+ layers.
Blured the window light and building to make it more realistic. Then add some light orbs using yellow as main color.
Then use outer glow with orange color and set it to 25px. Then use a new layer and paint it with orange on all the orbs.
Set it to Overlay and set the opacity to give the orange glowing look. Added the snow with just a simple small brush and
adjusted the opactiy.

That's one of the best I've seen from you, and I love this one in particular, the warmth of the lights below seems to appeal towards me for some reason. Lighting is just as epic.
