This is a scan from OP Single - Neko Mimi Mode (not my scan). Hopefully it's not too ecchi. It has a bit of grainyness to it since it's from a CD booklet, however, a bit of blending/smoothing or re-CGing will take care of that.

Very cute. I agree with userx, if you got rid of the red white and black backgroud and replaced it with something more approiate it'd make a very nice background. Maybe she's looking out a window at the night sky or something. Dang, I wish I could download the full sized version to take a shot at it.
