I think it is Yuuko. If you take a closer look at the bottom it's written "xxxHolic" and "Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle". Maybe it's a new spin off, focused on Yuuko's return.

Ok, forget what I said. It also has "Kobato" written there, so it's more like "from the same creators of..."
