I found this scan very nice to be a wallpaper, just needed some things to become a real wallpaper. I used one color for the background wallpaper and I went painting all the background. That required much work to paint the whole background of blue because I don't know how to vector.. :/ And I painted the white lines too, but it was not so hard because some parts didn't need to be painted. But anyway I wanted to paint them to be good. I did better the hand of Germany, it's not perfect but surely it's better than before ;) I cleaned the clothes of Japan because some parts were a litte light pink. I used an effect too called: Effect doll (At least that name in Brazil). That the skins gets cleaner, something like that. A bit diffcult to explain. You can use it following the steps -> Filter - Blur - Smart blur. And then contrast as you want. I would love to vector that scan but unfortunately I don't know how to.. :/ But I did my best to try to do something good with the scan ^^
