Xcellents effects also the scan is very good , the bg just need some of color to be perfect ok ^.^

The upper left corner is pre-destined for desktop icons, but nevertheless I think it looks a bit empty. Some more of the white wind lines might help here.
The lower left corner might look better with some text (if it was of a dark-grey colour, it should fit in).
Besides of this everything looks fine to me. The snow storm bg works very well with the character picture.

Er, great job? I'm still not good at doing the things yet. Erm, yeah, it's nice. Background's nice too. But what she's holding? Nevermind that, ignore the question I just ask. Er, great job again? Lol

Its a very stunning wallpaper...but the bg doesn't contrast quite right with the foreground scan. My pitiful advice would be to either change the contrast/saturation of the scan, or else make the background seem more like it has something to do with the character by adding a different hue or colour.

Other than that its great, the great subtle special effects and all.

huum seem that I'm part of the few who like the bg effect o_O ..look like a winter storm!..its nice.. and maybe because I like insipid colors as I like brilliant colors and aniway I think it fit very well with the scan....also the wings and the halo effect in her hands are damn cool!!

yes, this is quite nice. Personally I like backgrounds that aren't too hectic. It's also nice to have the left side clear, so the desktop icons will be visible. haha, anyways good job. Just wondering, are the Sakura coming from her hand?

The girl is simply adorable, and you fit her in very nicely into the background....Also I don't know or not...but I don't remember her hand glowing like that...Did you do that? Cause if so......*bows* If not, my apologies but it fits perfectly with the lush wings in your background.
