Awesome bg... glad my tips worked out well....
you should practise more on the image extraction... doesn't have to go as far as vectoring though... just using pen tool more often....

It is indeed a beautiful background you did there... and the colours are amazin' and yes, like Korganos said practice more on extraction of the scan and you will become an expert :D :D but still... it is a pretty nice looking wallpaper XD good luck !!!

Hey your work is really improving buddy!
Background is neat...maybe a little pixelly in parts...but still very good! The moon is blurry too, and I don't think you need that glow around the character.
Also, when you're extracting a charcter, the best method is to zoom in very very close and use the polugonal lasso tool. It takes longer, but you get a clean smooth extraction. :D

hmm... bg's okay, if it doesn't have that... glossy effect. Is the image of the 2 girls suppose to have the rigid cut-out? i give it 9/10. :)

I like the backgroung, but the picture is my favorite. I love the pose, and the coloring, they're so dark. It makes them very alluring and mysterious. I think that the red planet shouldn't be as bright, it detracts the focus from the scan. Otherwise good job...+fav.
