Bleach: Deliciously Cute

Anyone ordered dessert? Here's my special treat, a yummy serving of Orihime free with cupcake topped with vanilla frosting. It's mouthwatering and good.

When Bleach Chapter 427 came out, I didn't expect to be given such a treat--a splash page of Orihime-chan in a uniform from her job. Looks like she's working at a bakery. Orihime looks so nice and I knew I had to vector and color it. I love how the finish product turned out. Orihime's too delicious to resist, too adorable! XD

I find this pretty easy to vector since it only involves half a body. The lines were done in an hour snap and I had so much fun coloring it. The original scan was monochrome so I pretty much did the color combination on the uniform. I chose the shades of purple, pink, yellow for this. I went crazy with the hair highlights and shadows. Her hair is so gorgeous. I'm really fond of Orihime's new hairstyle.

And it was my first time to vector a dessert and I like how fluffy it turned out.
