Basically to make this wallpaper I found the image of Teresa in theanimegallery.com and put many layers of fire, one on top of the other (obviously :P ) cutting some of those layers giving more strenght in some areas and finally I play with the colors in picnik using effects as dark threshold, and modifying the bright of the red :D
Hopefully this wallpaper should be good enough for this site. We´ll see

The colors are very nice, and I like how the image is cropped.
The only two things I see are the text and graininess of the image. It's not really clear if the graininess is intentional or an effect of a layer that you used, and I think it could do without the text, as it looks a little out of place next to the curved lines of her hair.
But you've done a good job, and it has potential :) -
