Oh, Kanda, I'm going to miss you so much T____T
And the technique facts: Color with illustrator with some details added with PS (both CS3). This picture correspond to the chapter 200 from D.gray-man, and was my favorite and the one who made me cry T^T I never imagined that I would to see an expresion like this to my beloved Kanda T^T
