My wallpaper Uraboku, two of the characters I like best (especially Tsukumo).
First I made the vector of this image:
And I had to draw the parts that did not look full, drawing in my opinion, I hope I have not been wrong.
Everything was done with Photoshop CS3, using brushes and custom shapes
The background and the butterflies I get another time to complete.

The vector is nice, the coloring is solid and the outlines are well done.
Well, I do agree with Tina about the background, I especially think that the ghosting looks out of place. -
