I definitely like what you did with the background text. Some of it is a little too blurry, but the overall effect is good. The stuff in English actually doesn't work as well... I think mostly because they're surrounding a cut-off body scan ^^|| It'd definitely look better if you moved his waistline down to the edge (along with whatever else is needed) so that he doesn't look like he's been cut off from the waist ^^||
Otherwise... nice composition and text effects! The bright blue also brings out the orange hair and other tones of the scan very effectively.
