Excrutiatingly cool, do you know what the game is or could you give me a source?

That is Ayame, one of the original ninja duo from the Tenchu series (the other being Rikimaru). Now that Rikimaru is missing (actually he was thrown to the future - 'present day') only Ayame is left & she is one of the main characters in the latest Tenchu installation - Tenchu Kurenai.
