So I heard someone wanted Hi-res =D

Actually, I hadn't, but in a fit of boredom, I decided to edit some pages from the artbook. Kind of strange how different the colors are in there from the cards printed originally in Asuka, but considering that some had color alterations while others had layout tweaks, I'm assuming that these are printed the way Shouoto intended.
