Well I've been playing around with a few of Greg Martin's tutorials...and I recently watched Evangelion again.
Soooo I decided to make a view of what the End of Eva might look like from space (with an added swirly effect). :)
I kinda had to make the land/ocean contrast and clouds up as I went, hope ya like them. This is my first wall at MT! Woot! It's kinda funny how I've been here roughly 30 weeks and haven't submitted a single thing...oh well. Never to late to start, right?

The idea is brilliant... but some aspects are... mmm a bit weird...most noticeably in the planet's surface....
as we know, it's very hard to make a planet... ^_^' but the overall details are great... and the stars are very nice addition to the atmosphere (oh... and the overlay of Rei in the blue silhouette).... well done... this is your first wall? oh... then I'll be looking forward to your next submissions... :D -

Such an awesome picture. The planet seem wierd but planets are always hard to make. The stars in the background looks nice as well.

Anyway, great wall, sort of grunge-ish sort of not... Interesting style. A very depressing, defeated feel eminates from this wall. I like it quite a bit. As always the scan is perfect for the scene, and very clean and clear. the texture/effect thing is well used as well. The planes in the background are a rather nice touch, and I don't know if that is supposed to be smoke in the background right there under and behind the word Apocalypse, but it looks great and your fading out of the background was well executed. Excellent wall! As always. ^_^
