Artist Comment
Last month scientists apparently discovered a planet that is the ideal distance from it's sun to allow for life, i.e. not too hot and not too cold. These types of planets are known as "goldilocks" planets. This scan has been sitting on my hard drive for a while and I immediately thought of it when I was reading about the planet, so this is my artists' representation of Gliese 581g, the Goldilocks Planet, and the life it may or may not hold.
This is my very-last-minute entry for Celestial Luminesse's Tell Me What You Mean contest.
I was first working off this scan, and then MapleRose uploaded the
complete picture here.
