Hi!
1.- I vectored the main imagen from this screencap:
2.- I chose the blue color for the background because is the same of the main image.
3.- I added severals textures for the background.
4.- It´s take me about 5 or 6 hours I don´t remember. I made it at night and lost the track of time.
5.- Well I don´t remember how many layers I used.
I made to versions...in the other version appears a little image of Inoue in the background and it is:
I'm not sure which is better so I upload both :).

I love the crystal and the sparkling light effects <3
but i would have to say that if the background is more smooth or clearer without textures, it would illuminate the sparkles ;D -

It's beautifully done. The details on the hairpins are fantastic. The light effects really make them standout and the shades of blue blend perfectly to compliment the design.
I wish Orihime was in this wallpaper. She's my fave and so is the hairpins.
