Happy Halloween, every-bloody!
My first Halloween-themed wall in several years, and also an experiment in retro-grunge. How long did it take? Not sure... A few days, at least, maybe a week. The original graphic was pretty grainy so I essentially traced it in Photoshop and gave it a slightly more restricted palette and stylized look. The pumpkin graphic by the text I drew myself (based on Ed's own pumpkin), and the background text is my own feeble attempt at making the nonsense words in "Yo Pumpkinhead" into coherent English:

Are these the real lyrics? Probably not, and I'm sure other folks will hear them differently. For a while I was debating whether to even bother, but the text made the piece feel more complete, and besides the nonsense chorus in that song had been driving me nuts for years!
