This was my entry for the 3rd round of the AP Clash. Congrats to the winners! You guys were awesome! It was a great experience taking part in this. So big thanks goes out to the contest coordinators for making this contest happen. ;) Thanks to the judges too for giving some useful feedback. I've edited the colors of the lady. It's slightly darker now. There were some other interesting suggestions. But due to my lack of free time, i'll just stick to this minor edit. :)

Wallpaper Description
Now onto the wallpaper, the inspiration wallpaper that i've chosen is The Alpha and Omega by mouritsa. Mouritsa's wallpaper focused on the theme of nature and the birth of life. The way she interpreted this in her wallpaper was really dynamic with all the right lighting, colors and concept. It really is an inspirational piece which depicts the beauty of life. I used this concept and remade it into an Art Nouveau style. I've always wanted to try out this style, so here's my attempt at it. I continued to focus on green colors in my wallpaper to go along with the nature theme. The design within the circle is the Tree of Life. The lady there also symbolizes the beautiful "Mother Nature". As for the stained glass design, i've added in butterflies because it symbolizes rebirth and life. Oh and if you're wondering, the text is in Latin which means "Nature, The Mistress of Art".

This is absolutely awesome, I love the color scheme and the scan is so epic all by itself.
Her pose and the small details within her outfit are so stunning, it adds such an elegance
and defining quality to the wall. The clouds are wonderful because they resemble the wind itself almost,
the multiple strands really help to pronounce their movement.
And then of course the glass-looking piece you have under her, reminds me of church windows.
Only this one seems so nature bound, especially with the butterflies. It's such a fabulous wall.

Simply Stunning! O.O I'm a little at a loss for words here, zomg! I love those soft, spring-like colors, the combination of the stained glass and the Art Deco details...Then that strong female character smack in the middle, gorgeous :)

Neat use of frames and design, I like the soft green palette here. Could have been more interesting if the character is vectored. Nonetheless, it's really nice to see a pretty art nouveau wallpaper once in awhile.

    [EDITED]
out of all the walls from the contest i only liked 2 of em. the first was Ze's round 1 entry and this one. just snagged a larger version from AP but yeah Green Glass and Art Nouveau pretty much go together well.

everything is clean and well coordinated. as gaara-no-shukaku mentioned i would have liked to have seen the lady vectored. perhaps you gave away a little too much info about the wall in your description, after all good art should force the viewer to determine meaning themselves. ;)
