The first time I saw this scan I fell in love so it was obvious I had to wall it. The original scan was pretty small and
dark, so I had to reconstruct quite some of the things. I found Yuuki's outfit not very appealing that's why I
tried to change it to something prettier and more elegant :) I also added a ribbon on her hand and the head band. The
coloring was not that hard except her eyes; I re-did them quite some times and I'm still not satisfied with them. I
wanted to make them more reddish then her usual brown ones, I think they stand out more this way.
As for Kaname, it was fun making him. I had to reconstruct his hair and shirt but it wasn't as hard as I imagined.
I didn't do any modifications to him.
I had an idea for the bg from the start. I wanted to make an indoor scene that's rather gloomy. I got inspired for
making the rain based on current weather. It's been raining for over a month now :P The brown part near the window
is actually a tree (big one), I didn't forget to put the wall texture on it ^^;;

Lol, that aside, I'm really happy to finally see this finished; I remember seeing this when it was still in the making, haha. Like Kitten said, that part of the wall on the left looks odd, it being half rainy window, half wall, and maybe I'd add more saturation and color on the skin and hair but overall, this looks awesome. That sofa color + pattern is love. < 3

Wonderful wall.
The reconstruction is just amazing. It all came together in the end to make a delicious wall. I can see the style of the wallpaper is more towards how Tina highlights and shades. Those deep dark creases and thin highlights are the characteristics. Yuuki looks so much more beautiful with her new dress and headband. The background makes a good scene for the characters.
My only problem with the wallpaper is that her hand looks really odd. It doesn't really have any shape to it because it's so smooth. It kind of looks like a glove laying on a table. Fingers are made of phalanges which gives your fingers that specific shape. Even if it's only slight to retain her slim fingers, it will make a big difference.

I dislike Kaname, but I have to admit that the wallpaper is simply awesome!1 I am definitely a yuuki x zero fan, so I wish that was him, but simply gorgeous wallpaper.
