Oh, yeah. I do love this moment. Every time I watch FLCL I laugh like mad. I found the screen print of the moment when Haruhara shoot Naota with her Vespa and made smth like vector. "Smth" because I used SAi to make the line art and color it. At first I was going to make it look like a marker sketch, but I changed my mind. It seems to me that this variant is better.
