It's not from any chapter, it's from the end of volume 12. Kiyo comments "We won't see Shahra again, so I wanted to draw her once more. I didn't know what kind of Shahra I should draw, but a quiet voice whispered in my head: 'Draw Shahra in a nun outfit'. It really suits her!". -
