Eeh, a mouse users? Well, I can really say that you have tons of patience than me. I'm now tablet users, but previously I'm mouse users :)
I'm amazed with your background, especially, the building. But, for the girl itself.... I see that you takes a lot effort to draw and color for the hair, but it looks not so real. I means, the shading.... Maybe you must take some little effort again to make it perfect. I see that your color for the hair just use hard round brushes and place it in some place, but it'll be more nice if you cell shading it, like make some selection with lasso tool and put a color in it. -
