I have not seen fate stay of night, but this makes me think I might want to check it out. Were the white effects coming off her there originaly or did you add them. The turned out well.

a really fast wall i did the other day. i found this pretty godly image from fate stay night off of 4chan a while back and basically just redrew in the parts that were missing so it would be wall size. then i added more smoke and a spotlight on her. the text/title is from the most godly song desperate angel from X Japan and font is silent hill.

This is a great wallpaper but...Saber's one of my favorites even if I haven't played the game. Oh well, it's a cool pic. The smoke is an awesome effect but why is there smoke?

Its beautiful art!
Just by looking at the smoke of the angel's wings.....it makes it more effective with the fade tone and that makes you feel what that person in the picture is feeling. Also the blood is good effect. It illustrates like he/she has just gone through a battle but without full heart.....O.o -
