It's been a while since my latest wallpaper (a monff!), life and studies problems really sucks, also, I have a very
special guest-friend with my family and I, and we are trying to enjoy the holidays and to have fun...

Well, I started this wallpaper one month ago, I worked on it daily, but working time was variable each day, and I finished it two days ago (48 hours!) I really enjoyed making this one, because the scenery is unique and special to me and to all Naruto fans, I don't really know if it's a sad or a happy scene...
I picked up the Naruto Manga, Chapter 503 color pages and I vectored it and applied some textures on it using Inkscape, (the texture process under Inkscape is very interesting but take too much time to be generated and edited), I also had some little troubles with the ratios, it was a big problem to find the right crop and how to make it fit the standard ratios, and to finish, I really suffered from the scan resolution, it's a poor resolution (1718x1200 pixels).The most thing I enjoyed making is the Newspaper, I had to look for some Google-d Japanese newspapers then edited them to add the Team 7 photo, I also put a One Piece Manga page on the inside left page..
SPECIAL THANKS to Moutonzare for helping me making Minato and wife's face vectors, and also learning me how to generate vectored texture.
The wallpaper exists on 3 aspect ratios, I strongly recommend the 16:10 one, it's the original ratio that I was based on
when created the wallpaper.

Aww, I immediately loved that scan when I first read the chaoter, so heartwarming and sad as well. I swear I could've walled this too, lol.
Very clean job with the vector work, I especially like the bit of texture you added. And the modified newspaper looks cool as well.
I think the frying pan looks a tad black and lack depth, as compared to the original scan. Everything else looks fine, but it would have been cooler with more texturing, or anything else. I dunno.Now I just noticed how her floating hair resembles the Nine Tails. :P

really you did an amazing work it's excellent but i understand you're feeling about this scan i mean is it happy or sad i will say both naruto lost his parents and see this scan show us the life, the happy life it could get but in the same time you know everythings happend to him.Well anyway thank you a lot for this wallpaper it's awesome.

Awesome wall! I love your vectoring/coloring of this great scan. Such an endearing yet sad moment. I would loved to have read the Naruto manga with his parents still alive.

I already commented this one at AP, but in short: great use those textures. As gaara-no-shukaku mentioned, I would've loved for you to use even more of it! (maybe next time :D ) But overall, really good and so colorful!
