OMG, I get a sense of this Wallie, that the artist has not just captured the image of the chisaii kodomo no hito, the artist has captured the soul of the kirei onna as well. Of course in some cultures, it is a sin to capture the soul of the individual.
I like the werk of Mikimoto, he/ she presents the image of the person in a dreamlike, nostalgic manner that makes me yearn to go back to my childhood when the only care in the world for me was being with my friends. This makes me think of Monet who did wonderful artwerk as well.
