The year is 2003... I've had my first taste of Photoshop and I think Cloud Filters, Lensflares, and Bevel/Emboss blends are the coolest things in the world... *massive facepalm* =( )
My Round 2 Immunity Challenge submission for 2010 AP Clash. The theme was "Old School" and since I usually wall "old school" (massive blending and textures/grunge), I figured I'd revisit a style older than me. Tech inspired abstract. Well the abstract thing I've done before, but remember the tech phase where there were bars on top/bottom and really bad cloud filters/swirls behind a ghost image of, let's say a Gundam? Then you smash the image of the Gundam's pilot in front and call it a day. Some styles are meant to rest in peace forever... Anyway this combines my old school blending techniques with that whole techy phase, which I hope to never have to touch.
