First submission here, I made this wallpaper about 2 months ago, really like Sumi Keiichi's work, I know it's not that great compared to other people here, but tell me what you think, thanks.

You might want to clean up the picture a little. Having special effects on top of characters is generally not a good idea because it might hinder the person looking at it to see the details of the chars. Also, having that girl in the bg distracts the focus of the guy and girl hugging which I am guessing that that is your main focus on this wall? I would say that this is not a bad first submission though, keep working hard!

some suggestions :
- You can try upping the overall color saturation of the two main characters..
- The shadowy image of a girl on the back stole the focus from those two characters (or is she the main focus?)
Other than that two, the composition , the title and the text placement is already perfect...
