My third widescreen piece, made in late 2006.
I was very pleased with how the background turned out. I wanted to evoke a feeling of high flight, like I sometimes get when I have flying dreams. In contrast, Bell's wings, which I made from scratch 'cause the originals were chopped off, look kinda flat and lifeless.
I recently acquired a better version of the scan from Minitokyo, so a remake with better-looking wings is on my to-do list (hence the "version 1" subtitle). I found similar scans of Urd and Skuld, so I'll try making companion pieces as well.
Hope you all like it, because I think this is one of my best! ^_^
