Loved it when I saw it on dA and love it here. Question: did you paint the piece upside-down or right side up then flip it? ^_~ As an exercise, I've tried drawing upside down, and if that's what you did then I commend you for getting the anatomy for the most part spot on! I think the legs look a tad off, but great job overall.
...and if you couldn't already tell... I'm in love with your art style!

Amazing work! I love the colours, the mood, the blur for farther objects, the details on the playcards and the flowers. Your drawing style is appealing, too, and you have a lot of talent.

What is the focal point supposed to be. Is it the hand, the girl, or the flowers shes holding. The focal (where your eye concentrates at) is mainly when people look, is the flowers. Not sure whether that is intended or not, or if that is you, but then the girl there makes it seem like shes supposed to be the focus, but the eye tends to deter from it.
Edit: There is no such thing as more than one focal point, if there are more than one, there are no focal point, as there are no concentration to where you're supposed to be looking at.Its interesting how you made a blurring effect from the top down, but to have a camera focus effect, everything else (that includes that creepy hand) must be out of focus other than the target of the clarity. This is a problem that causes inconsistency and makes it off. It may be your intention to have the blur effect to only be prominent from the top down, but it won't make sense.
Anatomically, the right and left arm seem to be differing, mainly cause if you're going to have one arm that's going to sink in water, the other is going to have to, unless an obstacle is placed, else it has to be assumed that the arm are in the same plane, or that shes dead and currently in rigor mortus, which then, she died an awkward death.
I'm not so sure as to why there are the circular seals in the mid left. Its just when one of them overlaps the body, it seems awkward.
I'm in an art field by the way, these things I have to know, and I take it pretty seriously.
