    Nice work with the effects and with the space bg, but these light sources around the character are too bright for my taste.

    Hm... a new Onegai Teacher wallpaper. Looks impressive when I first saw it. Very professional and impressive. Personally I think it's a bit bright around the (white) center.
    I love it if there was more of a universe/space feel to it. The planet behind looks good, I think instead of feathers, maybe some kind of cosmic effect effect would be more appropriate. Something like a theme of a shooting star could fit.
    Personally I wouldn't use this wallpaper, but I rate it: 77%. Good work.
