First of all, a HUGE thanks to my big sister Nagysa , who gave me the title of this vector, “Smoke on the water”!
Now, about the work itself...
I’ve never been a huge Evangelion fan because I found the original story somewhat confusing, but I admired the depth of the story, and how well-developed the characters were. I had been touched by how Shinji suddenly gains friends, love interest, a kind of family with Misato and Kaji, and then lost it all: it was really powerful (and kind of depressing, as well). Like many others before, I was somewhat disappointed, and a bit lost, with the alternative ends.
And then, I watched Rebuild of Evangelion, and I fell really in love.
I was especially happy to see Kaji again, because he was one of my favourite characters in the show. So I took a
screenshot from Rebuild of Evangelion 2.0 : You can (not) advance and made a
vector of it.
Total time : About 3 hours and a half

This is quite an eye-catching piece. Aside from that faultless vector I've got to say that the character's demeanor is quite enchanting. He's got an air of serenity about him and his atmosphere enhances it. The clouds are simply refreshing, wish I could escape in that atmosphere right now. Nice work, thanks for sharing it!
