My first and most likely last checked dress. It's too much work for less, although the effect is cool...
Pencil and paper, anyway...
The theme was more like a gothic loli, but when I added the squares and the dress, I felt like something from Wonderland
was showing up. The nekomimi were already there, so she became the kitten of Cheshire...
