So very interesting Cloudy-chan ^^. Such a unique texture and style of background to do and that girl seems familar, either that or reminds me of a character that I can't place my finger on it @_@. Anyways shes quite beautiful and the background is a nicely done combination of ring cluster and colors that just look amazing overall. Such beauty, definately a favorite for me. This is a very wonderful background Cloudy-chan =D.
