This is Randia from Spectral Force Genesis. Didn´t see this one uploaded, and seeing that he was my favourite character from this game (completely owning the rest of the cast in style), I had to do it.
When I look at him, I immediately think of those characters who are quiet, don´t give a damn about most topics but are always ready to kick some action when needed :D
