It's an interesting background. The colour really suits Rei's hair. The lightened effects around Rei really highlight her well too! :)

Hmm interesting bkgd you made for this pic. I like how it looks overall. I think the words on the bottom being in pink don't help. And those bands going around the world are so-so but hey good wall anyway.
