Just a simple, dark wallpaper featuring Hitomi from Escaflowne. Image scanned
from the back of OST2, I liked the pose and the introspective feel of the image,
but decided to go for a nighttime window scene instead of the daytime/looking
over the ocean scene from the original image. Simple planet/starfield with a
little mountain, and nothing else.
Practical for people with lots of icons?

I like the mood a lot.
But Hitomi's extraction left the edge a bit pixelated and then I tried it on my desktop, those white squares in the lower right corner didn't fit in the scene at all.

It's different, which is really good. This goes to show that wallpapers dont have to be with a lot of details to be good. fav! because I like the wall, different from your style, and its pretty!
I think if the edges of Hitomi's person were smoothed out, this wall would look much cleaner.
