If anyone knows the name of the artist for the character vector let me know! I really liked the brightness of the character and I wanted a BG that was simple, so I went with the jumbo halftone in pink and purple to match. I also added some smaller halftone effects randomly on the character & fish. Very simple but fun wallpaper total time about 45 min. Program used was PSP8
