Artist Comment
Here I am, at uni, and bored beyond belief. "Hell," I say to myself, "lets make another wallpaper."
This wall came from the idea of a Blue Screen Enforcer *points at girl with gun*, which then evolved to Blue ops (instead of black ops). Nobody likes it when the blue screen of death pops up, so I just had to use it XD
By the way, I changed the military get out and skin paint on the character from green to blue. I thought blue would be more fitting :/

GAH! I _just_ noticed that you've made several OS Tan walls. I must say I love those OS Tan girls ^.~, I've never seen this one before and I must say the OP's style is badass! Espically behind of course the all amazing, BSOD screenshot (it looks like to me) Cept its not your average BSOD...this one IS SO DAMN COOL THAT IT blows UP windows! I'm serious, if my computer had that kind of BSOD it would simply explode after displaying the message "Cannot handle elite skills, self destruction in 5 seconds". Which wouldn't be good for me, but nonetheless I'd get to admire the amazing swirl and combination of those lovely colors. I find most intriguing is that no matter the outfit the character has, you always seem to match your backgrounds with those colors to make for a perfect combination that gives an overall beautiful feel to the wall. I love this background and I think i'll be using this as my desktop for awhile ^^ Favorite of the WEEK =D. Sooooooo amazing.
EDIT - OH yes, excellant way to use free time at the Uni ^.~. -
