Overall, it's OK, but I think you could do with some effect in the background rather than plain black. The theme is wind, and right now it doesn't really convey that.
If you do want to maintain the black background, perhaps you can make the character blend into the wall a little better. As it stands, she doesn't have anything to do with the background. She does not affect it and could just as easily be viewed separately.
