"They absolutely have nothing to do with each other" - are you serious? Ulquiorra isn't necessarily romantically interested in Orihime, but I can see why some people think he is. He displayed obvious fascination towards the concept of "Heart" that Orihime talked about and even when he died, he stated that he finally understands the concept. Orihime's personality and the strong bond she shares with her friends are the things that changed Ulquiorra as he got to witness them. Kubo even went as far as to have Ulquiorra and Orihime reach out for each other right before Ulquiorra supposedly died. Whether they developed romantic feelings for each other or not is open to speculation though; Orihime undoubtedly still loves Ichigo but definitely cares about Ulquiorra in a way. And Ulquiorra's fascination towards Orihime isn't necessarily romantic.
Anyway, the scan is pretty nice. The detail in Orihime's hair and how her face is drawn ~almost~ make her look like she's drawn by Clamp. The overall style though doesn't look like Clamp.
Even though Orihime is a bit of a Mary Sue, I kinda like the idea of this pairing - I don't hate Orihime, but she is a Mary Sue, what with her being pure, "innocent," very compassionate, caring and empathetic, plus incapable of doing wrong, all the while having perfect looks. Her defensive fans claim that she's not, of course.
