The artist is Mizu Kisaragi of Omnibus Collection, I made a valentine's day wall a year ago but it wasn't that good. The scan came from FerriCorp.com. So I decided on an old warped abstract BG and fuzzy flowers and some brushes. You may say this is a beta depends on you! Well it's CUTE. The funny thing is coming up with a title for this.

the wall is very cute, and the image too really kawaii! i planned to wall that..but changed me mind, coz i got lazy just looking at what i have to extract! wehehehe good job with the extraction it was a pain to do yeah? lol

it is a very cute piece, I rather like your brush effects, you did a great job on capturing the title, it's like pinkness overload ! and there's nothing wrong with that, great job on keeping the cuteness and the simple nature of the piece.
