Everything is perfect, painting and blood and bg...only thing bothering me is the yellow light >__< its just too yellow for my taste, i would have liked some white, blue tones to make it night theme, or orange red tones like candle light, and its also too intense i think, but maybe its only me? *sweat* i have a weird taste...

Okay, so...This was one of the most challenging walls I've ever worked on and that's mainly because of the lighting and the perspective of the original scan. I hope I managed to make it look okay; had this image of Hijikata sitting against the to door with the bloody corridor and walls in the background.
Vectoring was pretty easy but coloring the wallpaper to make it look like what I had in mind was pretty hard. Adding the source of light and the window shadow/light on the floor was a real pain because I had to use some reference from the net to see how it looks like (thanks Nysha and Kitten for your suggestions and advices. <3)
Hope you like it and as always, comments, faves and constructive criticism are welcome.

Wallpaper is awesome! Colors and background are good too but, original coldest blue colors is better I think.. Anyway thanks for sharing! Excellent vector work!

i like it a lot, everything is nice, but i dont really get the title with the whole background and everything.... i mean the whole scene, so i would really prefer textless, cause either way i cant keep it on desktop because of the text.and since you already removed the whiteness in his hair why keep one red eye O_O, you should have just kept it normal blue.oh well its great anyway, and T_T cause i wanted to do this too, oh well i will do it but different than you then ^^
either way great wall, but please make me textless so i can desktop it T_T+ -
