So, for this wallpaper I took the scan cropped it a bit and put it on a wider solid BG and turned it grey scale and colored a few parts blue & did some smoothing and added a few grunge floral brushes that's really about all I did! Took me about 2 hours total - program used PSP 8 ^_^ Hope you all enjoy!
