    Mu understanding is that "Male" and "Female" scans is a misleading term. According to the 'help question mark', male scans are scans meant for boys--shounen scans. Female scans are scans meant for girls--shoujo scans. Tenchi Muyo! is a shounen series and Mihoshi is definitely wearing what would best be described as fanservice, thus a male scan.
