I don't watch Bleach but I always love walls like thses, simple B&W with a tiny bit if color, great work! ^_^

I had an idea of make a collection in black and white (it isn't original, I know), emphasizing the char and not the
backgrounds.
So, this is the second char I choose (I love his eyes).
To make this I just painted with a simple brush and used the blur filter to make the shadows and make it have some
depth.
I like to colorize this way despite uses lots of layers than the way we could see the mark where colors change.
The scan was a small one that I took from google with no credits.
