For the background I started with a white wall and used my halftone PNG that i have to make the blue and black part. Layered the city PNG over that and sectioned of the lower half a painted it with a blue gradient. The sign posts are just gray strips that I used the bevel tool on. then added each sign and did a slight 3D shadow to gi it depth. Last I changed the stop sign to the Durarara logo thingy with a brush I had made before. Hope you all like it!
