Well, I think this lack of time is starting to make me a bit rusty in the art dept. This wasn't exactly how I was hoping it would be but close enough to the original. (based off a scan).
This is from a popular Japanese game, now newly made anime series "Hakouki Shinsengumi Kitan".
I've always loved the style of the artwork produced from this and been wanting to do something for about a year now related to it.
I forced a bit of time out here and there this past week to work on it and finally finished today! (I had it done actually two days ago, but did the final tweaks today).
Anyways, I hope everyone enjoys it and thank you for all your support! Also, I can't remember where/who I got this from/found it etc, but with a quick glance I noticed that minato, http://minato02.minitokyo.net/ , has added it here so, I'll give them proper credit <3

I like the Sakuras, but there's 1 thing that kinda bothers me, and that is the dark area at the left corner, it somewhats kinda irritate me @_@, btw this is just my view, so dont take it personally, and also the bright area on Saitou's arm, it's kinda doesnt fit that well. But overall, everything is beautiful as it is :P

hi lady summer67- it's is nice to see a title of an irish blessing.. of course i am irish. ^^
i like the layout of your wall but have 1 concern. there is a little bit of edge tear on your gentleman's hair there. i suggest taking a small round brush, selecting the black in his hair and paint on the outside edges. be sure to kick up the magnification to about 500% or so. ideally all extractions should be done with the pentool.

I'l have to agree and say that the outlines you have chosen are far too thick. Some people say that if you use a colour that is not black, you will have less jaggedness. What I usually do is duplicate the outline layer and blur the bottom one out a bit, but I think the outlines are a bit thick. The outlines are also generally inconsistent with the tree branch, but I think you've done a nice job. Great work, and can't wait to see your next wall!
