Programs used: PSP8 & PhotoImpact 5
For the background on this I started in my PSP8 program and used a basic black to start and used some of the fireworks brushes I got from Deviantart. I didn't want it to look too busy so I only used a few colors - blue, yellow & green Then I use my photoimapct program and added the larger slightly fake and corny looking fireworks and then back again to my PSP8 and did a few more of the other brushes (did this a few times) and then added Haruhi! Time took me 4ever only because I had to go back and fourth between programs ^_^
